Our Approach Unlike many similar organisations, we do not hard sell our clients. Our initial approach revolves around getting to know you and your business and establishing areas where you feel improvement is required. It’s then and only then that we will see if there is a fit between what you feel you need and what we can offer.
We find this approach works for everyone, in that we aren’t trying to force ourselves on unsuspecting businesses and you know we will only propose a solution if we feel we can work with you to add maximum value to what you already do. Subsequently, we take a collaborative approach to our work, at every stage agreeing milestones and outcomes with you to ensure that we are targeting our work right where it is needed. Our clients know that they get nothing short of excellence from us right the way through from initial project scoping through to delivery and evaluation. We always aim to give you more than you bargained for. We are not clock watchers when it comes to contracting. Our aim is to deliver for you and we maintain a generous degree of flexibility when it comes to working with our clients. Our Experience Our Senior Consultant and Managing Director is Colin Davies. Colin has been advising, establishing and growing businesses for over 12 years and has worked throughout South Yorkshire across a wide variety of sectors and organisations ranging from those employing a handful of people to those employing hundreds.
He has worked at Senior Management and Director Level in seven different organisations during this time, four of which he has set up personally. Six years of this he worked as Business Director for the Sheffield Megacentre, establishing a range of social enterprise business and community projects. He is business minded, entrepreneurial in his thinking and has a pragmatic, action-centred approach when it comes to getting results. He is passionate about seeing businesses thrive, employ more people and add more to the local and regional economy. In addition to owning and running two companies, he is a Director of RRR Limited (reGenerate, reFresh, reNew), a Sheffield based social enterprise which concentrates on establishing profitable entrprise to support community regeneration projects throughout Sheffield’s Woodthorpe area. |
